Mick & Pam Nesbitt, Pat Dunn & Martyn Dann had a splendid day at the Woodingdean open tournament yesterday.
Pat said 'The sun shone on us and very unexpectedly we found ourselves in the final having already packed up our bowls and settled down to watch the final from the sidelines! We were probably so laid back by then that we took the 4 end final in our stride winning 4/1.'
The cup was presented by Joe Smith, a founding member of Woodingdean.
