Last Saturday a group of
club members successfully completed a Community 1st Aid Training session with
volunteers from St. John’s Ambulance service. The session covered adult, child,
and baby resuscitation (CPR), defibrillator use and managing choking, helping
unresponsive individuals (recovery position) and managing injuries/controlling
bleeding.
